This stylish flat in an old building is located directly at the Altmarkt and is therefore the perfect starting point for activities in Cottbus. - 53 m² - 2 rooms - kitchen - bathroom - bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer - very well equipped kitchen + dishwasher - coffee machine for freshly ground coffee in the morning - fast Wlan and Netflix - all rooms with blackout curtains - spring mattresses for a restful sleep - an extra bed and a comfortable sofa bed (1,10m ) - easy and contactless check in - very good accessibility by bus and train

I am a very keen traveller myself and always attach importance to a good basis for my travels: a nice and cosy accommodation with good facilities. With this flat, I would like to offer you such a base for trips to the region and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the flat and your planned stay. Directly in front of the door, at the Altmarkt and in the Sprem, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. It is only 3 minutes to the city wall and max. 5 minutes to the Oberkirche or the Stadthalle. A pharmacy and several bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. Also within walking distance you will find the Dieselkraftwerk art museum on the Amtsteich, the Puschkinpark and the Spree river, and a wide variety of shopping opportunities.
