You will receive all important information directly after your booking. You can count on our helpful tips and insider knowledge! Because I am an architect, I constructioned the flat usefully and we decorated the flat with my family to make it cozy.

The modern apartment is located in Duisburg city center. The main station is in 4 minutes walking distance. You can reach the fair “Messe Düseldorf” directly in 40 minutes by train. The spacious, light and cozy 4-room-apartment (86m2) is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood. The flat is well-suited for Düsseldorf fair visitors. We can issue invoices on request.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located near by the Duisburg main station (4-5 walking minutes) and has a great connection to Düsseldorf (15 minutes), Essen and Cologne. The famous Königsstraße is in 4 minutes walking distance. You can reach the old town Düsseldorf in 20 minutes by car. The fair “Düsseldorf Messe” is directly reachable by train (U79 only 40 minutes). All public transport is in 3-5 minutes walking distance. To find yourself in the beautiful port Duisburg with its restaurants and sights you only have to walk for 20 minutes. The largest shopping mall in NRW “CentrO” is only 20 minutes by car.
