The high-quality, beach house-style dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade. Both bedrooms are furnished with a cosy double bed. There is another sleeping option in the living area. Here, the sofa bed offers space for two more people. A private wellness oasis with underfloor heating and steam bath with rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. End a stormy day by the sea here and enjoy the amenities. The bioethanol fireplace, which creates a cosy ambience in the living room, is also ideal for this. This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has 65 square metres of living space. The spacious, covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
