For most of our premium apartments, our focus is therefore on creating unique apartments that reflect the character of the city and the respective local designer.

Property information

Modern 1-bedroom apartment in a central location in the district of Eimsbüttel. The apartment is located on the first floor of a new building (completion Dec 2020) and is one of eight apartments of the Arbio I Duxen Apartments. The house is easily and quickly accessible by public transport as well as by car. Those who come by car can optionally book an underground parking space or park in front of the house on free parking spaces. You are completely autonomous at check-in, because the apartments are contactless with key codes. All apartments have ground floor windows. In the house there is a bicycle cellar as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Neighbourhood information

As a starting point to explore the city, the location is ideal, because you are with the U2 (3 minutes walk away) within 15 minutes in the Ciy. In the immediate vicinity is the Hagenbeck Zoo. To the fair you need 15 minutes by bus, to the harbor 25 minutes. If you want to visit the Colour Line Arena or the Volksparkstaddion, it takes about 10-15 minutes by bus. Bars, restaurants and many stores can be found in the heart of Eimsbüttel. The main shopping street "Osterstrasse" is one stop away with the U2. If you want to have a nightcap in the evening: the bar of the Hotel Lindner is 2 minutes away.
