The accommodation with its own entrance is located in a 2 family house and was newly built in 2022. Ventilation is via a modern heat pump heating system, which keeps the room temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and microwave invites you to cook. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and has a comfortable double bed and a comfortable seat at the bar table. The Smart TV lets you relax with Netflix or gamble with the Switch. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Fresh towels and bathroom utensils are of course provided. The bedroom offers an additional opportunity to work undisturbed. All rooms can be completely darkened by the electric shutters. When the weather is nice, the outdoor area invites you to a cozy get-together on the terrace.

The location of the apartment is also great. In the near vicinity you can take leisurely walks around the beautiful Baldeneysee or longer tours around the Ruhr.
