In the best residential area of Munich - in the district Neuhausen directly at the Rotkreuzplatz - this apartment offers exclusive living in a quiet courtyard location. The district Neuhausen is one of the most sought-after residential areas of Munich and offers the flair of timelessly beautiful old building architecture combined with the pulsating life of the big city. In the immediate vicinity you will find a very good infrastructure with numerous cafés, restaurants and a multi-layered pub scene as well as shops for daily needs. For this purpose we have hung up an overview map in the apartment for our guests. The nearby city centre, the spacious park around the world-famous Nymphenburg Palace with its museums and the Botanical Garden can be reached within a few minutes by public transport or by car. It is only a 1 minute walk to the underground station "Rotkreuzplatz" (U1/U7). Tram 12, bus 53 and night bus N43 also stop right outside the door. The Upper Bavarian lakes and the Alps are also within easy distance to reach by car or train. The apartment can be reached barrier-free.
