The immediate neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. The apartment is located in the district of Schloßchemnitz and is one of the most beautiful parts of the city. Schloßchemnitz was formed in the 1850s from the rural communities of Schloßgasse and Schloßvorwerk. Just under 1 km and you are at the Palace Pond Chemnitz. To the main station, it is 9 min by car or about 25 min by public transport. Just 550 m and you are at the Küchwaldpark: a large forest park with an event stage for 800 spectators as well as walking paths and a playground. Just 1 km and you are at the palace pond. Here you can go for a walk or stop at one of the popular inns.
