Cosy one-room flat in the middle of the Odenwald as a starting point for hikes, bike tours, motorbike tours or just to relax. With outdoor pool and sauna as well as a crackling wood-burning stove for the winter months. Ideal for 2 people (max. 3). Bookable sports and yoga courses are also held in the same building. The pool and sauna are rarely used by course participants or the family. Very often, however, the sauna is reserved exclusively for the guests of the studio flat. We deliberately do not use overhead lighting. Instead, we have matching floor lamps and candles in the furnishings. This creates a much more pleasant atmosphere. The shower is located in the neighbouring building (WC and washbasin in the flat). The flat is located on a restored farm that is not being run. The owner also lives on the property with her 4 children. The flat has a separate entrance. The sauna and pool are located in the communal courtyard. You can also barbecue there (please bring your own barbecue). The shower is located in the outbuilding where the sports courses are also held. Access is possible at any time. There are dogs and cats on the property. It is possible to sleep on yoga mats and the sofa, so that the flat can also accommodate more than 3 people. You must make the beds yourself. This way you can be sure that nobody has slept in the bed with the same bed linen before. You are also welcome to bring your own bed linen. I would be very pleased to receive a stripped bed on departure.
