Welcome to this luxurious 42m² apartment, between the main train station and the city center in Solingen. ☆ Space for 1 to 3 people ☆ Ground floor apartment ☆ 3 single beds (100x200) ☆ Shops: ALDI + LIDL 400m away ☆ Free parking right on the street ☆ High speed WiFi and Smart TV ☆ Equipped Modern Kitchen ☆ Washing machine (free) ☆ Between the main train station and the city center The accommodation The 42m² apartment is on the ground floor and has been completely renovated and modernly furnished. The location is very good - between the main train station and the city center. A supermarket ALDI + LIDL are 400m away from the apartment. Free parking right on the street. There is a bus stop directly at the apartment (75m away). So you can get to the train station or the city center quickly and easily. The spacious apartment has 3 single beds (100x200). You will also find a smart TV in the room. The modernly equipped kitchen with stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans, pepper, salt, oils, tea, coffee, sugar, baking paper and aluminum foil are at your disposal Available for FREE. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The chest of drawers and the clothes rack offer you enough storage space for your things. The iron is in the dresser. You will find the ironing board in the closet, as well as a tumble dryer stand. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle (100x100) with rain shower head. Of course we provide fresh cotton towels (for each person) as well as soap, shower gel & shampoo. You will find a hairdryer (hair dryer) in the bathroom in the closet. A washing machine is in the bathroom (free of charge). We provide high quality bed linen and towels (cotton).
