welcome to our holiday home 105 on the beautiful Lake Twiste! To ensure that your stay is pleasant for everyone, we ask you to observe the following rules. Thank you for your understanding and help!

1. General rules of conduct Quiet times: Please respect the quiet times between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Parties: Loud celebrations and parties are not permitted. Open fires and therefore also charcoal grills are not permitted in the holiday park. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home. Dogs are allowed in the holiday home.

2. Use of the facilities Guests are required to bring their own towels and bed linen. Inventory: Please treat the furniture and furnishings with care and leave the house as you found it.

3. Cleaning and waste disposal Final cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Waste separation: Please separate your waste into paper and residual waste. Electric grill: If you use the existing electric grill, please clean it after use.

4. Damage and liability Damage: Things can always break - that's completely normal! You do not have to replace minor damage. However, please inform us if something has broken. This way we can ensure that everything is in top condition for the next guests. Liability: We accept no liability for personal items during your stay.

5. Keys As a guest, you will receive 1 key from us. If the key is lost, the owner must be reported immediately. If it is lost, the tenant is liable and must bear the costs of replacing the locking system.

6. Security Emergencies: You will find a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the storage cupboard in the hallway. Emergency numbers: Police 110; Fire brigade 112

7. Arrival and departure Arrival: Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Departure: Check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest. Make sure that all windows and doors are closed and please put the key back in the key box.

Important information on data protection and check-in We take the protection of your data very seriously.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) exclusively for booking processing and stay management (e.g. guest registration). After booking, we will send you an external link to an online check-in where you can enter the required data safely and conveniently. If you do not agree with the data protection declaration and the house rules, you have the option of canceling your booking free of charge within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding!
