Each of these houses showcases its unique charm, reflecting the hospitable owner's personal touch. Located in Neuhausen-Schellbronn, this retreat, situated at an elevation of approximately 570 meters, provides a tranquil and idyllic setting, surrounded by a forested landscape with a sunny plateau. Along with charming hiking and cycling trails, a wave pool, and a children's playground, the area also boasts a bakery and several inns; larger shopping facilities can moreover be found in Pforzheim and nearby towns. The proximity to Pforzheim, Stuttgart Airport, and attractive leisure activities such as tennis, golf, or horse riding, makes Neuhausen-Schellbronn an ideal base for various activities. The holiday houses themselves, with a living space of about 58 sqm, feature a cozy living and dining area on the ground floor, equipped with a couch, armchairs, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a sound system, as well as an open kitchen. The bathroom facilities include a rain shower and other amenities. Via a staircase, one reaches the upper floor, which houses two separate bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each provided with high-quality oversized bed linens. The surrounding garden property of 340 sqm with a terrace bordered by hedges invites guests to relax outdoors with garden furniture and the option to grill (charcoal not included). Towels and dish towels are provided, and the beds are lovingly made upon your arrival, allowing you to enjoy your stay from the very first moment.
