Discover our family-friendly vacation home nestled in a peaceful settlement just 1500m away from a child-friendly beach by the Salzhaff. Surrounded by a few resident homes, this location does not only provide safety and tranquility but also offers quick access to relaxing strolls by the beach. The connectivity is ideal: only a 20-minute drive from the A20 or A14 and short distances to well-known Baltic Sea resorts as well as the historic Hanseatic city of Wismar, making our house a perfect starting point for diverse adventures. Inside the house, up to 6 people can find space in a warm and practically furnished environment. Specifically set up for families with children, it features a large children's room with toys, a play area in the upstairs hallway, and numerous child-friendly amenities such as high chairs, a baby travel bed, and comprehensive childproofing including socket covers. The washing machine and dishwasher facilitate daily life, while the generously designed living area and 90m² living space provide ample room for family moments together. The outdoor area, with its 500m² lovingly landscaped garden, invites guests to relax and play. A terrace with barbecue facilities, a large lawn, and a sandbox extend the living space outdoors. Safety is ensured by its location in a cul-de-sac, away from through traffic. The proximity to the beach and the Baltic Sea cycle path opens up possibilities for numerous leisure activities in the area, while bad weather days attract visits to the sights and cultural offerings of Wismar, Rostock, and Schwerin. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
