This family-friendly, cozy, comfortable and trendy house was completed in May 2022. Fully furnished and equipped with an open kitchen. Other features: Underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, bathroom eu suite, washing machine, clothes horse, wi-fi, flat TV 50 inch, room for bikes, 2-3 bikes for free use. With two terraces (east/west side) and partially covered seating area with barbecue area.2 car parking spaces available free of charge in front of the house.
Despite the best location in the center of Surheim, the house is set back from the road, very quiet.Shopping facilities (Edeka), pharmacy, bank, hairdresser, inn, playground, soccer field, bus stop within 200 m.
