There is a holiday apartment in the landlord's residence and a holiday home over 2 floors on the landlord's premises. There are free of charge car-parking spaces next to the garden (and on the premises for the holiday apartment). Shops in the vicinity, around 500 m away. Bike storage on the premises. There are various leisure activities on offer in the seaside resort of Zinnowitz, amongst them the BernsteinTherme, tennis courts, bicycle hire with delivery and flat-tyre service, cinema, theatre (the "Blechbüchse" and the open-air performances of "Vineta") and boat trips on the "Achterwasser" and the Baltic Sea. The centre of the resort and the fine sandy, Baltic beach are around 1 km away.
