Ein ehemaliger Heuboden wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem offenen Dachstudio auf zwei Ebenen umgebaut und im Jahr 2019 vollständig renoviert. Die Ferienwohnung wurde erstmalig im Sommer 2020 in Betrieb genommen. Dabei haben wir versucht den ursprünglichen Charakter zu erhalten, die alten Balken blieben erhalten und die Fußböden wurden abgeschliffen. Über einen separaten Eingang gelangt man über die Treppe hoch auf die 1. Wohnebene mit Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich sowie Duschbad mit Regenwalddusche sowie einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Den Schlafbereich erreicht man über eine zweite Treppe, d.h. man schläft in luftiger Höhe. Wand-Flachbild-TV mit Netflix, kostenfreies WLAN sowie Bettwäsche und Handtuchservice. Das Mitbringen von maximal 2 Hunden ist gestattet - tägliche Gebühr 5,00 Euro je Hund
Wir haben unseren Resthof mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und leben dort mit 2 Ponys, 1 Pferd und einem Kater. Wir freuen uns über alle tierliebenden Menschen und auch ohne Tiere sind alle herzlich willkommen, denn wir lernen gerne interessante und sympathische Menschen kennen.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich 4 km vor den Toren Goslars - der 1100 jährigen Kaiserstadt - außerhalb des Ortes Langelsheim-Astfeld auf dem Höhenzug "Auf dem Kanstein" mit einem traumhaften Blick ins Umland. Man ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern und hat auf einer Seite den Blick auf den Harz und auf der anderen Seite ins weite Land. Direkt vor dem Grundstück befindet sich der Königsweg, den man mit dem Fahrrad bestens erkunden kann oder man startet unmittelbar zur morgendlichen Laufrunde.
