Huge, traditionally furnished apartment in the heart of the Black Forest with an amazing view in the middle of nature. The surrounding forest is an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a cosy living room with a dining area and the two bedrooms. The unique feature about our apartment (110 m² / 1200 ft²) is the traditional, authentic Black Forest interior combined with modern furnishings. Comfort, modern technology, and convenience are paramount, even though you could call the apartment a living Black Forest museum at first sight. That's why you will find a variety of historical clocks, old furniture, books, other antiques and a traditional tiled stove (we heat the house exclusively with it), but you can still relax in front of a 75 inch Smart TV, enjoy a rain shower, relax in a whirlpool bathtub and sleep in comfortable beds. Another highlight is the large balcony with beautiful views of the forest. Almost nothing beats relaxing out there. In addition to a table and chairs (with comfortable cushions), a gas grill, as well as an electric awning are ready to be used.

Hey guys, I'm Steffen from the beautiful Black Forest (Schwarzwald) in Southern Germany. I'm very open minded and I love to travel whenever I can. I grew up in Hornberg, a small town in the Central Black Forest. Even though I‘ve been all over the world, for me there‘s nothing that comes close to the beauty and peacefulness of this region. Me and my girlfriend couldn‘t think of a better place to live. I studied Brewing Technology in Munich and now work as a brewmaster. You might have guessed it - I like beer. I love to taste beers from all over the world, so feel free to bring some of your local favorites. Our apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the middle of the Black Forest. The forest is only a 2-minute walk away and offers many opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. Our house is about 2.5 km away from the center of Hornberg. The nearest bus stop is 900 m away (11 min walk), the nearest train station is 2.3 km away (26 min walk) and the nearest restaurants and bars are also about 2.3 km (26 min walk) away. However, by car everything can be reached in under 5 minutes.
