Location: Walking distance 1000 meters to the Chiemsee, to the pier as well as to the PRIENAVERA adventure pool. Facilities: The 55 sqm apartment is very quiet, attractively furnished and family friendly. Kitchenette, hob, oven, microwave, Senseo Quadrante double pad machine and Brita water filter, egg boiler. Studio with dining and living area Cupboard bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters (bedding springless) in the studio. Separate bedroom with bunk bed 90 x 200 and single bed 100 x 200.Bathroom with shower and bathtub and hairdryer, in the living room TV flat screen cable TV, stereo, washing machine for a fee in the basement, parquet flooring, sun terrace with large bench, chairs and table adjacent lawn, rotary dryer. Pricing: The prices are including linen package (bed linen, towels, shower towels and kitchen towels).Special features: large children's playground in the immediate vicinity, family-friendly, children's equipment (stroller, crib, high chair) on request, no pets allowed. The tourist tax is still separately added on site.
The apartment is very suitable for private travelers.Business trips please only on request to the host.The host reserves a right of withdrawal in this case.
Location: 600 metres walk to Lake Chiemsee, the boat landing stage and the PRIENAVERA adventure pool.
