Spacious attic apartment on the 1st floor with entrance area, fully equipped fitted kitchen, living room with pull-out couch, two bedrooms (2x single bed, 1x double bed), bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, a separate toilet and a small drying room (for ski clothes etc.), underfloor heating, covered terrace, WLAN free of charge, TV via Internet.
Quiet sunny location, ideal connection to the highway A93 (D) and A12 (A). Even more distant destinations can be reached as quickly as possible. - Drive to Chiemsee approx. 35 min - Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental (Austria's largest connected ski area) can be reached in approx. 25 minutes. Shopping facilities, as well as cafes, and restaurants within 1km. In the immediate vicinity of the Kieferer Badesee, as well as the Inntal cycle path.
