"UpStay Ferienwohnungen" was founded by Eveline van Stee in 2019, who after studying Hospitality Management in The Hague, returned to this beautiful spot on the German North Sea coast to manage and rent out holiday homes. "UpStay Ferienwohnungen" aims to be the only and best contact for guests who want to enjoy a carefree holiday at the Northsea coast in Greetsie and Krummhörn. All our properties are modern and comfortable and with our personal Check-in and Check-out you already feel like home upon arrival.

Cozy and modern atmosphere in the renovated apartment (Anno 1880). The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the old farm and is 120m ² big. The farm is just before the entrance of Rysum , the beautiful old mill, can be viewed directly from the apartments windows. On the first floor is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area. The two bedrooms, one with double bed (1.80m) and one with double bed (1.80m) and a single bed (0.90m) are located on the first floor and the bathroom with shower and toilet.On the second floor is the 50m2 large living area which is ideal for reading, playing games, watching TV or playing pool.

Rysum is a small and peaceful village also called "Rundwarftendorf", in 2019 it was nominated as on of the ten prettiest villages of Germany by the GEO Magazin. The beautiful brick houses, neat gardens and ancient farmhouses create a cozy athmosphere. In the villages' church, there is one of the oldest playable organ of Northern Europe and you can visit the old restored mill from 1895 which is still turning with the power of the Northsea wind. Furthermore, the village offers a bakery and a restaurant. Regularly there are classical music concerts in the "Rysumer Furmannshof".
