The apartment has been completely newly furnished and offers a kitchen-living room with modern equipment including an induction stove, freezer, coffee maker, and an electric kettle, and is amply equipped for your needs. Inside the apartment, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed and large wardrobe, from which you have direct access to the terrace. The room can be darkened for an undisturbed night's sleep. The living room has a sofa bed for two more people, a large flat-screen TV, and also offers access to the darkenable terrace. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and is complemented by a cozy wood fireplace, for which the landlord provides the wood free of charge. The apartment is located in an idyllic setting near mountains and valleys, only 1500 meters from the lake and the nearest town center. With the option for free parking on the property and a charging station for electric cars, your stay becomes even more comfortable.
