Our vacation apartment "Kapitän Hook" B14 is located in Gustow in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and offers numerous and varied shopping opportunities, a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, a cinema and several museums, including the Oceanographic Museum Ozeaneum. A natural beach, surrounded by reed beds, is a 20-minute walk away. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore and bank can be found either in Stralsund or in Garz, which is a 15-minute drive from Gustow and is the oldest village on the island. In the natural harbor of Gustow, which is about 20 minutes walk from the apartments, there is a small bistro with a sun terrace and the possibility to rent a small motorboat for a fishing trip or a trip on the water.
