Our small home has been lovingly renovated and now offers you modern, bright and completely new accommodation - be it as a holiday apartment with the family, as a small retreat for a break for two or as accommodation during your professional activities. In the basement of our detached family house you will find a bright hall, a modern daylight bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, toilet and vanity, a bedroom with double bed and a large living / kitchen area with sofa bed, TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. The floor is laid out in a bright and hygienic tiled floor in the entire apartment. The walls are made in brilliant white and the view from the windows goes into the rear garden area of ​​the main house. The apartment is heated by gas central heating, and there are radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning is not necessary as the basement area offers pleasant temperatures even in hot summer. Other equipment: Own parking space, bike rack, separate entrance, hairdryer, TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, towels / bed linen, high chair / cot.
Welcome to the "little home". With us you should feel completely comfortable and also a little bit like at home. We ourselves are a very sociable couple and live with our children on the upper two floors of our house. In the basement you live in the apartment with your own entrance. Hygiene and cleanliness are very important to us and we do everything to make it as pleasant as possible for you. We always have an open ear for requests and suggestions and will try everything to implement them directly. We look forward to seeing you soon
The small home is located in the heart of Mülheim, in the middle of the beautiful Ruhr area. Mülheim is a city with a lot of greenery, forest, the flowing Ruhr with great walking paths and the white fleet that ships you over the Ruhr to Essen-Kettwig, parks and many opportunities to eat deliciously, to relax or to stroll comfortably. There are great bike paths to Essen and Duisburg, several swimming pools, a bowling alley, a shopping center and the small city center. The A 40 is only 2 minutes away by car. The Kaiserberg motorway junction (A3, A 59) can be reached in around 8 minutes. So you are quickly in the neighboring cities of Essen, Duisburg, Oberhausen with many opportunities for leisure activities
