Quiet yet very well-connected location, with easy access to Munich Airport, the city of Munich, and the Oktoberfest. Bus connections to the U-Bahn line U6 and S-Bahn line S1.

There are 2 bus lines to the S-Bahn (S1 Neufahrn) and one bus line to the U-Bahn (U6 Garching-Forschungszentrum). A REWE supermarket is just 150 meters away and easily reachable on foot, open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The A9 motorway (towards Munich/Nuremberg) is 4 kilometers away, and the A92 (towards Deggendorf/Munich Airport/Augsburg) is accessible within 5 kilometers. Discount supermarkets are approximately 3 km away. The River Isar is also about 3 km away. The Allianz Arena football stadium is 15 km away or can be reached by taking the bus to Garching-Forschungszentrum and then the U6 subway for 3 stops. To get to the Oktoberfest, take the bus to Neufahrn S-Bahn station and then the S1 to Hackerbrücke. Public transportation is also recommended for visiting the trade fair (Messe).
