The accommodation is ideal for guests who value comfort and coziness. It includes a living space with digital TV, a large dining area, and an integrated kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay: an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and smaller appliances like a coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. For guests traveling with family or friends, there are three bedrooms available, each with a comfortable double bed and ample space for an optional children's travel cot. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer. The private terrace next to the house provides the perfect spot for relaxing hours outdoors, furnished with garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and sun loungers. From there, you have access to a spacious lawn and a clearly visible playground, which is especially ideal for families with children. In addition to the use of a large or smaller grill, two private parking spaces are available. Safety on the 3000 square meter property, a children's travel cot, and a high chair are of course provided for our younger guests. The location of the apartment offers an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. A restaurant with a breakfast roll service is only 150 meters away. For further shopping and explorations, the town of Klütz and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen are only a few kilometers away. Also, noteworthy cities such as Wismar, Schwerin, and Lübeck are easily accessible, making it perfect for both culture lovers and those seeking relaxation.
