The approx. 85 sqm apartment comprises a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Sufficient crockery, washing-up liquid and tea towels are provided. There is also a radio in the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200) with a high entrance and adjustable slatted frames, a closet and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washing machine and has underfloor heating. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available. Towels and bed linen are free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
