Country house in the green in a very quiet, sunny location with unobstructed views of the mountains, forest and meadows. Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours (one of the last nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities, e.g. the 18-hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien, or the Immling Festival with its annual opera performances.
Swim, sail or surf at perhaps the most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, for example: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Take a side trip to Wasserburg (the little Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim for a shopping tour.
