The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a fold-out bed (murphy bed) for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms (one with a single bed), a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot/children’s bed, and a high chair. The apartment has two balconies where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the Alps with your morning coffee. A parking space is available. A bakery is 800 m away (about a 9-minute walk), a supermarket is 1.1 km away (14 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car), and the charming center of Überlingen with numerous cafés, restaurants, and the train station is 850 m away (10-minute walk). The ferry terminal on the promenade is a 16-minute walk (1.4 km). With the ferry, you can cross the lake and reach the shore at Konstanz. The Überlingen lido is 6 minutes by car (2.2 km) and invites you to swim in the clear water with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The city center of Konstanz can be reached in a 44-minute drive (42 km), and in winter a ski lift is accessible after a 28-minute drive (25 km). A parking space is available on the property.
