Very nice cozy accommodation close to the city with many advantages. -Own apartment in a modern building with only 6 units.(Apartment building). -Located in a dead end street. -Motorway towards Frankfurt and Luxembourg and Cologne/Koblenz within 5 minutes. -Bus stop in the direction of the city(travel time ca.10-15min), in the direct vicinity. -Supermarket and Co. In the immediate vicinity. -Apartment access by code, flexible check in/check out. -2x TV (Waipu tv) -10min walking distance from "E-Werk". Double bed conversion: Only available with a lead time of at least two days.
Supermarket and bus stop within 3 minutes walking distance, doctors, pharmacy and shops for daily needs also within walking distance. Behind the building there is a courtyard where children can play. Own parking space no. E18
