Your holiday accommodation is only about 3km from Losheimer See, with its tourist offerings and gastronomy. Our house is located in the picturesque district of Scheiden, with direct access to the hiking and biking trail network of the region. Here, you have direct access to the premium hiking area and thus also to the Felsenweg (Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2024). At the end of a cul-de-sac, you will find a nearly new house with a holiday apartment. There is a separate entrance to the holiday apartment. The apartment includes a furnished terrace with access to the fenced garden. The name of the apartment "Sonnenwinkel" refers to the address and the all-day sun on the partially covered terrace. A parking space is available directly in front of the house free of charge. Access to your own Wi-Fi is also free. You will receive a free parking card for Losheimer See upon arrival. It is approximately 37 km to the center of Trier, about 61 km to Saarbrücken, approximately 18 km to Merzig, about 17 km to Mettlach (Saarschleife), and around 82 km to the National Park Gate Erbeskopf. In Merzig, you will find a sauna and swimming landscape, outdoor climbing park, indoor trampoline hall, and access to the Saar bike path.
