The 73 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include a TV. The holiday home features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings. Public transport is within walking distance. From January 1, 2026, the city of Monschau will charge an accommodation tax (visitor’s tax), which you must pay on site to the landlord. Parking is available on the property, and a garage parking space is also provided. One pet is allowed; dogs must be kept on a leash in the house and on the property.
