The apartment with its own and direct access to the large garden invites you to relax. Signposted hiking and Nordic walking trails start right outside the front door. The valley station of the Wendelsteinbahn is a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful walks or bike rides are possible directly from the house.

In winter, the nearby Sudelfeld invites you to go skiing, ski touring - or snowshoeing. Other skiing and tobogganing areas as well as cross-country skiing trails are easy to reach. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in about 30 min, Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck about 1 hour each.
