Our apartment, a total of 110 square meters and more or less a "house in a house", is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the forest. The Waldenbuch city center with shops and restaurants and the bus stop are a 10-minute walk away. to reach. The apartment is built in maisonette style over two floors and has a beautifully furnished living / dining room, a balcony, an ultra-modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine & toaster as well as a large fridge with freezer compartment, and a bathroom on the first floor with daylight, large walk-in shower, bathtub & heated towel rail and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and large, four-door wardrobe. On the second floor (top floor) there is a large, light-flooded studio with a double bed (1.80 m wide), a chest of drawers and a nice workplace as well as a sofa bed (1.30 m wide), a gallery with reading space and a smaller, bright room with a single bed (1.90 m long) and a small closet. We offer free WiFi, TV, DVD player and CD player. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests in the laundry room in the same building.

We are a family of five and have been living in Waldenbuch for over 18 years. We love the beautiful surroundings, the tranquility, the Schönbuch with its wonderful forest on our doorstep and the fact that you can still be in Stuttgart, Tübingen, Sindelfingen, Filderstadt or Böblingen quickly. Trade fair guests enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the beautifully designed rooms after a strenuous day at the trade fair. They particularly appreciate the spaciousness of the holiday apartment, which with 110 m² gives everyone enough space. Our garden, which was completely redesigned in 2018 and can be used by our guests, is something very special! There is a nice seat available here, you can grill and chill. The small balcony of the holiday apartment is also popular, from which you have a fantastic view of the garden and the small church opposite!

A stylish temporary home - this is what you will find here in Schönbuch, perfectly located between Stuttgart (Messe) and Tübingen, within easy reach of Filderstadt, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Böblingen, Sindelfingen and the Aichtal. If the traffic situation is favorable outside the rush hour, Stuttgart city center can be reached by car in a good half an hour. But you can also get around comfortably by bus and train. The famous outlet city of Metzingen, the SI musical center, the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve and the Black Forest are not far away from us! You can discover a lot in Waldenbuch, for example the chocolate company Ritter Sport and its unique art museum including chocolates or the "Museum of Everyday Culture" in the castle in the city center.
