Born in Great Britain, I have lived and worked in the United States, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Australia, Austria, France and live now in the Black Forest for 10 years. A passionate and very experienced traveler, former private chef, graduate of hotel and restaurant school. Hospitality & providing great guest experience and satisfaction, are second nature to me. I have cooked on the private yachts and in diverse homes of some of the richest and most famous people in the world which means: my standards are very high. Saig is ideally located for hiking, biking and cross country skiing straight from the door, with wide open country panoramas. The very popular Badeparadies is only 10 minutes away and with its indoor waterslides, pools, palm oasis, and saunas it is a great year round attraction for wellness and fun. For downhill skiing Feldberg ( visible from Saig ) is only a 15 minute drive, with lots of parking on site.
