You will be staying... on the first floor of a two-family house, approximately 100m² in size, with a magnificent view over Otzenhausen to the Peterberg. The house is located on the edge of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, with the entrance just 200 meters away. Part of the Saar-Hunsrücksteig hiking trail is also located there: the "Hubertusrunde" dream loop. The apartment was newly renovated in 2025 and furnished with attention to detail to ensure you feel at home right from the start: The living room is furnished with a large couch that can be converted into a sofa bed. Digital satellite TV and a WOW stick are available. The balcony door leads to the south-facing balcony, which offers seating and a table. A spiral staircase leads to the garden area with a seating terrace and barbecue. Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom is available for occupancy of more than three people! A cot can be added upon request. The dining room features comfortable chairs and a large dining table. We have placed an additional sofa bed for one person here. The curtains to the living room provide more privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, electric stove, Ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood, and everything you need to comfortably prepare and enjoy meals. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Underfloor heating and wall radiators provide cozy warmth on cold days. Access to the west-facing balcony is via the balcony door. There you'll find a mosaic table with two seats. Food and drinks can be stored in a separate storage room. There you'll also find the vacuum cleaner, a clothes rack, and an iron. Access to the garden area is via an external spiral staircase leading to the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
