As a trained cook and business economist for the hotel and catering industry, our guests are especially close to my heart. After working for over ten years in many places at home and abroad, I was drawn back home. I missed the North German mentality, the "Schnack", the food and the family. With the former forester's lodge and its six apartments, I am already very close to my dream of owning my own small hotel, as I accompanied and helped build it during the development process. I especially love the history that lives in the house, the forest and the lake on the doorstep, and the serenity that this place exudes.
