The 72 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The holiday home also has a private, covered terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is close to a swimming lake (Baggersee), and public transport is within walking distance. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy various activities at Seepark Linzgau, including water skiing, adventure golf, and football golf.
