The freshly renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a short vacation can use. An open sleeping area with a box spring bed(180x200) provides for a comfortable sleep. A dining and working area and a fully fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator are also available. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of Bayreuth from morning till evening.

Cinema is just around the corner (about 200m). Many restaurants. Large shopping center (RotmainCenter) about 200m. Market place is on the other side of the street. Info tourist center 500m away. Train station is 10-15 minutes walk. Bus station - ZOH 100m away. There is plenty of parking as the apartment is in the city center. However, all parking spaces are paid. 200 meters from the apartment there is a parking garage (RotmainCenter parking garage). There are also five paid parking spaces directly in front of the door.
