The apartment is located in a quiet corner of the trendy Stadtfeld-Ost district. Restaurants, bars and various shops are within walking distance. In some adjacent streets you can admire the facades of many houses from the Gründerzeit. You can arrive by car or by bus/train. With the tram from City-Carré (main station), you'll reach Olvenstenstedter Platz in 7 minutes, which is just around the corner, only 140 meters from the apartment. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main train station (HBF) and the central bus station (ZOB).
