fully furnished apartment with separate access, incl. Parking, garden access with barbecue and wireless internet. Living in a family village idyll, yet conveniently located in the Thuringian Forest, near the motorway A 71, train and bus station in the village. Ideal for students or lecturers, 4 km to the campus of the TU Ilmenau. A large garden with gazebo, fireplace for a cozy campfire and barbecue is available. In agreement are available for a small fee and washing machine, dryer, iron, a carport with electricity and other available. 4 minutes walk to the train station (eg for cheap to Erfurt), 150 m to the bus stop, 600 m to the nearest gas station.

Starting point for exploring the Thuringian Forest, 2 km to the city center Ilmenau, about 20 km to the ski resort Oberhof, about 35 km to the state capital Erfurt, walks from the front door.
