The house "Am Kreuzberg" is quietly located in a small community between Ulm and Augsburg. Behind the house there are meadows and fields that invite you to take long walks with a beautiful view of the Danube valley. The nearest larger towns with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are only 3 km away. The A8 motorway with the Günzburg or Burgau exits and the A7 motorway with the Heidenheim and Giengen exits are only about 15 minutes away. The house is divided into three separate apartments which offer guests enough privacy. As all of our apartments, this apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail to offer our guests a nice, relaxing and perhaps unforgettable stay.

The apartment is located in a small community, quietly at the end of a side street and on the upper floor of a two-family house with good transport connections to the A7 and A8 motorways. The apartment is divided into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area, and a bedroom with two single beds. two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with a single bed each and two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment also includes a winter garden (not heated in winter), a balcony, a terrace and a completely fenced garden. Of course, the kitchen includes, among other things, an induction hob with oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and cutlery. In daylight bathrooms with a sink, shower and toilet, towels and a hairdryer are also available to our guests. You will find a washing machine in the separate laundry room. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180x200) and is on the ground floor right next to one of the bathrooms. The other bedrooms and bathrooms can be reached via stairs and are located in the basement with direct access to the garden. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchairs, internet radio, 65" Smart TV with Netflix connection, a Playstation 4 games console and from here you have direct access to the terrace and the winter garden with a pool table and table football. Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property directly in front of the house. Unfortunately there are no shops in town, supermarkets, restaurants etc. but you can find the nearest towns just 3km away.

The municipality of Medlingen lies on the border with the Swabian Alb in the Danube valley between Ulm and Augsburg. The next largest cities are Gundelfingen a.d. Danube, Sontheim, Giengen and Günzburg. The house is quietly located at the end of a side street, adjacent to meadows and fields, in an elevated position and offers a beautiful view over the Danube valley. As there are no shopping opportunities on site, our guests should be mobile and not dependent on public transport.
