Neu in 2024,alle Wohnungen wurden an eine Grünbeck Entkalkungsanlage angeschlossen.Damit haben wir Trinkwasserqualität erreicht. Wasser ohne Sprudel muß eigentlich nicht mehe gekauft werden.
