The house at the spa is in a top location, directly opposite the thermal landscape of the Chiemgau Thermen, as well as at the magnificent spa park. From there, the dreamlike landscape, extends over the adjoining landscape conservation area Simsseemoos to the Simssee and invites you to wonderful hikes and bike rides.
