Living room, hallway and bedroom and children’s room were designed with vinyl in winter 2020, all rooms painted white. Southwest balcony with an awning, garden furniture and an electric. Grill. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, no dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower, towel sponges and hairdryer. A comfortable bed and a spacious sofa bed in the 2 bedrooms with bathrobe. Children’s travel bed and high chair available and a Ironing board

Quiet location near the dike and lagoon. 100m to the wellness park with Vitalparcours. 10 min to the city with restaurants, ice cream parlours, historical harbor, pedestrian zone. Ca. 50m to the supermarket, bakery, laundry center, bike rental and ATM. The Pirate Sea is renovated for 2 years, free replacement nearby possible. Parking on the property and a Bicycle basement.
