Frankensteiner Platz tram stop is just 50 metres from the hostel.

The fine print
Guests must be a member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) or Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk. A valid youth hostel membership card is required to stay at the property, which can also still be purchased on arrival. For guests residing abroad it costs EUR 3.50 per night, German tourists will be charged between EUR 3.50 - 22.50.
These charges are not included in the room rate.
Guests planning to arrive after 18:00 should contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. There is no access to the hostel between 02:00 and 06:00 as it is closed.
