The appartment has a spacious living room and 2 beautifull bedrooms en a large modern bathroom. The cosy living room contains a fire place and has a really nice view over Niedersfeld. Thers is a small modern kitchen in the living room with a dishwasher and a combi-microwave oven. The large balcony is situated at the South and comfortable to sit on with 6 persons. The total property has been renovated in 2017. There is a infrared Heather in the sealings, which gives a comfortable warmth. The minimum rent period is 3 nights. There is WiFi (internet) available in our appartment. Note: one appartment is doing renovation works in the same complex in December '23 and January '24. Due to this extra noise can occure during daytime (not in the evening, not in the weekends and not during Christmas holiday).
We (brother, sister, father) live in the South of the Netherlands and we fancy skiing for a lot years. With the apartment is skiing really nearby, because Winterberg is just a few hours drive for us. Last season we went a lot of times and we pleasantly surprised about the number of weekend we were able to ski. Due to the ski cannons there is a lot of snow during the total Winter Season. Fortunately our (grand)son/nephew of 10 years old really love the place, he prefers to go there every weekend!
The cosy furnished and renovated appartment is situated in Niederfeld and has a marvelous view over the city center, the hills and the Hillebachsee. Niedersfeld is a nice and joyful village, which is really nice during all seasons of the year. There are a lot nice things to do. You are close to the Hochheide hiking area, the Hillebacksee lake with watersport activities, cart center and skiing area, different restaurants, backery, butcher and greengrocer. Niederfeld is located between Winterberg and Willingen. At 9 km you will find bobsled slide of Winterberg and also the skiing area is close to the apartment. There are also a lot fun things to do for kids, like Minigolf, Erlebnisberg Kappe, climbing forest, amusement park Fort Fun, bowling.
