Charming holiday apartment with Wi-Fi, terrace & hot tub on the outskirts of Rottweil This lovingly renovated, 60 m² holiday apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the historic town of Rottweil – right below the impressive test tower and close to the planned 'Neckar Line', which is scheduled to open in March 2026. Enjoy the open view of the countryside from your private terrace and let yourselves be gently awakened in the morning by the crowing of chickens – pure rural idyll! A special highlight is the hot tub on the terrace, available for a fee (rental bathrobes included) and bookable before your arrival – ideal for relaxing evenings under the open sky. All rooms are equipped with wall heating behind clay plaster – this provides a particularly pleasant, natural warmth and a healthy indoor climate in winter. Free parking is available directly at the house. Note for allergy sufferers and dog lovers: A dog lives in the upper apartment of the two-family house. However, your holiday apartment has a separate entrance, so there is no direct contact. Therefore, a stay is usually unproblematic for allergy sufferers. Please note: Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment itself.
