Your 35 m² apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Whether you are traveling in the city on business or exploring Augsburg privately, here you will find everything you need. Look forward to the great view from the 14th floor, this is really worth it. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has a selection of different teas and everything you need to prepare fresh. A kettle, toaster, olive oil and spices are also at your disposal. A comfortable box spring bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) offers enough space for two persons and guarantees a good sleep. Our 40 inch SMART TV offers you the possibility to easily access your apps and you alone decide what is on in the evening. You can watch your favorite series with us comfortably via Netflix, which is of course free for you. The warm light and the real plants also make you feel comfortable. The dining table facing the window gives you enough space to enjoy cooked food and let your eyes wander into the distance. Your clean bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. In a basket we put fresh towels for you. There is also a hairdryer, which you are welcome to use. From the balcony you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park.

In front of the hotel tower, there are often e-scooters and bicycles that you can borrow via an app. Therefore, you can also use these as an alternative to the streetcar. Parking spaces are also available along the street free of charge. The parking garage is another option to park your car right in the neighborhood. The streetcar station is located directly on the main street a few meters from the apartment. In two stops you are at Königsplatz from where you can change in all directions. From Königsplatz it is another two stops to the main station.
