Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE railway station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower has been historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to your booking!
The tower has modern and high-quality furnishings: - very comfortable queen-size bed from Emma with bed1 mattress and topper - Philips Ambilight Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom - a newly renovated bathroom with 90x90 shower - a refurbished carpenter's kitchen with AEG induction hob and AEG fridge - Historically preserved floors and ceiling constructions - fast WLAN - a workstation with display, keyboard and mouse - Smart home control for the radiators - two private car parks with a wallbox for our guests Within walking distance is, among other things: - ICE train station - outlet centre - cinema - various restaurants - supermarkets - Old Town - 1&1
