The granny holiday apartment Am Buchbühl is approx. 81 m² in size and is located together with another holiday apartment in a 2-family house. It is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac and faces southwest with a view of the beautiful, well-grown and hidden garden. On the terrace you can find peace and quiet and enjoy the sun and your holiday in private with a view of the greenery. There is an electric grill, two sun loungers and a parasol at your disposal. There is an awning for further shading. You are also welcome to use the available table tennis table. There are two bedrooms. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, an armchair and stools for a cozy end to the day. There is also a dining table with a bench and chairs that provide enough space for 4 people. For entertainment there is a television with satellite reception and a small music system with radio/CD/Bluetooth in the living room. The holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, a small dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer/mixer etc. and has a small seating and dining area. The bathroom is brightly tiled, has a sink with a mirror cabinet, a bathtub with a shower enclosure and a shelf for storage. The toilet is separate and is also brightly tiled.
