The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and, with approximately 81 square meters of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 5 people, making it ideal for couples and families with children. Five adults will also find plenty of space to relax. The apartment features high-quality furnishings, selected with great attention to detail, and features underfloor heating and vinyl flooring in all rooms. The bathroom is tiled. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area (Bali leather couch with a sleep function and mattress, one Bali armchair, and one Big Arm armchair by Brühl), a 75-inch flat-screen TV, and a seating area with a large table and six leather rocking chairs by Walter Knoll. The Bali pull-out sofa bed, which converts into a full-size bed with a mattress in a single movement, can be used as an extra bed for two people. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, blender, and, of course, ample crockery and cutlery, etc. The first bedroom, with its four large floor-to-ceiling windows, is designed as a multi-purpose room, making it an ideal retreat. It features a Bali leather sofa bed with a slatted frame and a 160 x 200 cm mattress, an electric recliner chair, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, high-quality double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) by Christine Kröncke. Adjustable slatted frames and two new, high-quality mattresses in two different firmness levels. The bright and friendly daylight bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet and sink.
